Sweet Totoro is looking for his forever home!

Totoro is a friendly gentle cat, who loves affection from trusted humans. If his foster mum stops petting him before he's ready he'll sit next to her and paw at her to tell her "more please!".

After living as a stray for over a year Totoro found the transition to living in foster care a bit scary. Totoro is still finding all the sounds of a household a bit worrying and spends a lot of his time behind the sofa, but is coming out for longer periods as time goes on. He will need humans who are happy to spend time helping him settle into his new home and working to build trust with him.

Totoro could live with older cat savvy children but would need a safe space where he can retreat to if he felt overwhelmed. Based on his personality we don't think Totoro would enjoy living with a dog but could potentially live with a cat friendly cat after careful introductions.

Totoro has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He has tested negative for FIV and FeLV and has been treated for parasites. He comes with 5 weeks free insurance!
