Rehoming Process

There’s a home out there for every one.

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Our aim is to find a perfect match between you and our animals. This process allows us to learn about your life and help you find the perfect friend.

1. Application

To begin an application please fill out the adoption form. This form helps us learn about you so that we can match our cats to their perfect friends. If you feel there is more information you would like to share, feel free to email us! The more information there is, the better a match we can make.

To apply, click the ‘Apply’ button on the left.

2. Phone Chat

If you seem like a suitable home for one of our current animals, we will arrange to have a chat with you. This will help us understand more about your situation and you can ask us about any questions you may have.

3. Home Check

A home check means we can make sure your home is just right for your new friend. This can be an in-person visit or via a video call walk around.

4. Meet and Greet

We will arrange for you to meet the cat in their foster home. This is the most important step, so that we can make sure it's a good match for you both! For long distance homes, online video calls can be arranged instead.

5. Rehoming

If all goes well, you and your new friend can finally go home. We will check in over the weeks following adoption just to see how things are going.

But if it doesn’t work out…

We consider the first 6 weeks post adoption to be a trial period, as we understand that sometimes things just don’t go as planned. If for whatever reason the adoption doesn’t work out, just bring them back to us! We will issue a full refund if this is within this 6 week period (any longer than this and money has already been used by other animals in need).

Here for life

If further in the future any life changes mean that you can no longer provide your adopted animal with the care they need, please return them to us. We completely understand circumstances change, and are here for the duration of their life.
